 Dear Exhibitors –

Thank you so much for choosing to attend the Fiesta Cluster Agility Trials!

We are glad to have you here. As we grow and evolve into a premier, destination agility event, our focus will continue on customer service, hospitality and cooperation. We strive to make things smooth and easy - in logistics and in attitude - so please join in with our great Southwest spirit of cooperation! Volunteer to work a class or two! Please take any concern to the show committee or the trail chairman, Anabel at k9kampus@cox.net.

NEW! Reserved Crating Space - Anyone who is coming to do agility along with conformation - which sets up on Wed afternoon, there will be some reserved canopy spaces along the eastern side for you to setup in Wed afternoon when you setup for conformation. These spaces will be clearly marked for such purpose. Please do not setup in any other spot. Thank you.

If anyone is flying in and needs canopy space to share, please email Anabel and she will connect you with some Contact Zonie members to share with. We can help with coolers and chairs too if needed.

Improved! Big bright lights on the West end will make night time potty trips easier for RVers, discourage theivery and increase safety. There will be a dedicated Pro Em guard on our agility end this year. We have also ordered extra foot patrols for the area as well, but PLEASE do not leave valuables in your crating space. This is not a small local show! Leaving items on the field is at your own risk. The Fiesta committee works hard to make this show fabulous, but cannot be responsible for individual theft.

Setup will begin at 1:00 pm sharp on Thursday afternoon, February 26th. There will be plenty of canopy space year, plus spacious isles and convenient practice jumps and ring entrances. The setup committee and dedicated show workers will have reserved crating spaces and early setup times also, so please do not be surprised to see some canopies on the field. Unless you are on Anabel's list of early workers, please respect the setup time of 1:00pm. Thursday afternoon.

There will be no driving onto the grass for unloading. The unloading area on the West end will be available starting at 1:00 pm on Thursday, so you can get your stuff unloaded from the car, get your car to the parking lot and come back to set up your canopy.

The schedule is pretty exhibitor friendly, but we know there will always be conflicts. We will try very hard to get those with conflicts incorporated into the lineups each day with courtesy and efficiency. We will have a Conflicts First lineup in the Standard ring each morning for Excellent and Masters. If you are doing conformation and know this would be a good time for you to run, please email Karen and let her know. We can work conflicts in at the beginning or end of any jump height, as long as the class is open. We will not be able to hold any class. Please work with your gate steward to let them know when might be best for you. Please get your walk thru in with a convenient group - there will be multiple walk-thru's for the excellent group.

We will have great hospitality goodies for workers - from start to finish with Donuts and coffee in the mornings and Anabel's Cocktail Cakes, and Brownies for the afternoons! So please be sure to sign up and work a class or two over the weekend. We cannot hold a quality agility event without a bit of philanthropy from each of us - we are the agility community!!!

We are pleased to have one of our favorite agility vendors with us this year: Tim Stannard of planetbluedog.com - "For your dog, for the planet" - Please shop his booth!

Remember to buy a parking pass from Westworld on Thursday or Friday morning if you are showing all three days. You will have to have a parking pass! Please let us know if you are finishing a MACH, PACH or PAX title so we can meet you with ribbon and pole and celebration!

Looking forward to a fun and smooth show!

Thank you,
Anabel and Karen
